Nice to meet you! by FacundoDiaz Nice to meet you! by FacundoDiaz
Another one of my crazy crazy titan concepts. Not a verry regular encounter I must admit, I would love to know what would happend next :)

Im experiencing with a hole new color sheme, Im liking it so far.

I used this music a lot to inspire myself: [link]

Hope you like it !

The scenery just boggles the mind. I love how far the empty fields and mountains stretch to exaggerate the size of the giant robots. This kind of makes you feel that you are in the mixed world of the Iron Giant, Totoro, and a bit of Howl's Moving Castle. The girl in the foreground seems to be just amazed at the site of this most wonderful scene, which is a natural human reaction. The poses were also used just right within the calm setting. many will definitely want to see and learn more from you, as your knowledge on lighting, shape, setting, posing, and more is worthy of being titled professional.

I love the colour and the life you gave to the picture, with the ships and the particles and everything else.

I probably would have enjoyed a little bit more distance between the girl and the giant robot, keeping the girl more to the right and the robot a bit to the left. The composition would give a rest to the eye and make the viewer look at the entire image because the attention is kept at these two characters and the imaginary line that connects their heads because they're looking to each other.

I hope this helps and, again, I love it. I wish I had your technique ^^

Overall, nice image! The narrative intrigues me. I like the color variation in the grass and the rocky textures you created.  You used color nicely to establish your fore, mid, and background rocky bits. A few points to consider, though. The human is just barely off the dead center of the image, which causes my eye, at least, to keep getting stuck in the middle bottom of your image. I wonder how the overall composition would work if she were nudged a bit more to the right, closer to the 2/3 area. The far titan, closer titan, and girl arrangement also pulls my eye to that lower left area instead of keeping my attention flowing over the whole image with occasional rests. Adding some blue to the distant hot air balloon pushes it back nicely, but I feel like it's missing a bit of light and shadow contrast. The closer balloon, I think, sits too close in the foreground because that red is just as saturated (if not more so?) as the girl's scarf. It almost appears to be a small toy floating several feet above and behind her head, rather than something full size up in the sky. Knocking down the saturation and/or introducing some blues might help push that back to it's intended place in the sky. I'd personally like to see a tad more tone or color variation in the sky, there's not a whole lot of change from the horizon to the upper limits (if you were to remove the clouds), which kind of flattens things and detracts from the sense of scale. Speaking of which, that little flock of birds is beautiful, but messes with my understanding of scale when compared to the titan, the balloons, and those distant flying craft. Perhaps just shifting them lower in the sky, and either shrinking them up a tad or adding some atmospheric perspective could easily solve that. Finally, I assume the further titan is just a cut and paste/clone of the foreground one? Totally fine way to handle things, I do it myself, but I would suggest doing it earlier on in your painting so that you can light them both the same (so clone at the preliminary stage, once you've worked out the silhouette, then paint the lighting on both separately). There's also a bit too much contrast on that back titan when compared to the further balloon, which has very little. The further away, the less contrast (light and dark both appear closer to the center of the grey scale the further away something is).

I hope that was constructive, if not nit-picking. It really is a great piece, I won't claim that my own skills are on par with it, but those were my observations. Hope they help!

I have to say you have a real talent for color, and lighting and..well...everything! I think you'll find a brighter color pallet in conjunction with a large subject is quite rewarding to look at. uwu excellent work indeed

I had a dream like this scene some months ago. It was a good dream, but the giants threw windmills against me. I was only saved by a man on an airship like these of your drawing. The red haired girl was a friend of mine, who had the power to walk across the worlds of the universe, like Neil Gaiman's novel Interworld. Nice Art you have here!

Love this. The use of colour, and that ambiguity of whether this is a hopeful moment, or a pause before the greatest of horrors.

I really like the sense of scale and vastness here! The color scheme and little details make the scene so very magical, like the titan is more of a gentle giant. A VERY large giant at that. :) Awesome work!

Oh, this is a beautiful image. While I could go on and on about its composition and colors, I'm sure that others have done it far more professionally than I, so instead I'll simply point out that I love the splash of red that is her scarf and the balloons. I don't know why, but I love a splash of red in an image, I try to work it into almost all my own paintings =)

The only way I could like this more is if it was 1920x1080 or somewhere along those lines so I could use it as a desktop background! Haha.

Cheers!

There`s just something about this picture that`s been making me look at it for minutes. I love the colors to begin with. All the colors go very well with each other. The concept is very good too. And I like how modern and old things co-exist, like baloons and the planes. And even though modern technology exist in that world nature still looks untouched with all the nice scenery, birds and flowers. Brilliant. I`m gonna watch you if you don`t mind. :D
